The Colorado Chapter is holding a raffle for a guided Moose hunt in British Columbia with Jennings River Outfitters and Russell Cummins with all of the proceeds being donated to LATIGO in Falcon Colorado. (for more information about Jennings River go to www.bcmoose.net )
In conjunction with the Moose hunt, you also have a chance to win a .338 Kimber rifle with those proceeds being donated to the Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Center which is located at LATIGO.
The hunt is for the fall of 2011 and includes $1000 toward the air to British Columbia, hunting licenses, air charter to and from base camp and is a 10 day hunt for BIG moose. The hunting area is about 80 miles south of the Yukon border and holds some monster bulls. Hunters can also shoot Grizzly Bear and Mountain Caribou for a trophy fee if they chose to do so.
Russell Cummins has donated this hunt to help raise money for this premier equestrian center that focuses on youth and the western way of life. LATIGO is a non-profit center that has been helping youth since 2001.
